Campers’ clothes are cleaned at a commercial laundry—no need to worry about the mess!
Important: Please label all clothing with name tags to prevent mix-ups. Laundry service is included in the camp fee.
Note: We cannot accommodate hand-washed items, so please leave delicate or special-care clothing at home.

Following these times helps us keep check-in and check-out organized, safe, and stress-free for all campers and families.
One- & Two-Week Campers:
To help campers settle into camp life, visits are not permitted during short sessions. Sticking to the routine helps your child enjoy the full camp experience.
Four-Week Campers:
One visit per camper/LIT. While we don’t have a formal visitor’s day or special programs for parents, you’re invited to stop by.
Please call ahead to confirm your camper will be in camp during your visit.

Canoe trips are a long-standing tradition at Onondaga Camp and a highlight of the summer. While trips are optional, we strongly encourage campers to join—they’re a chance to explore Ontario’s great outdoors, bond with friends, and enjoy the guidance of our experienced staff.

Sending Mail:
Campers love hearing from home! The fastest way to reach them is through our email system, where messages are printed and delivered at regular mail time. You can access it here.
For traditional mail, please note that rural delivery can be slow. We recommend sending letters at least a week in advance. Bus campers can hand letters to staff on the bus, or letters can be dropped off at the camp office upon arrival.
